Full Day Dove Canyon Abseiling Adventure
Wilderness + adrenalin + adventure = the Dove Canyon. If you are after an unforgettable experience in Tasmania, you have come to the right place. The Dove Canyon showcases wild Tasmania at its best. This trip involves a thrilling combination of jumps, slides and abseils.
We start the day with a 30 minute hike to the beginning of the canyon. From here we gear up and abseil 15m deep into the canyon to begin our journey. As we descend through the canyon we tackle a number of exciting features including waterfall jumps, abseils and an amazing underground waterslide.

The Lost World Canyon allows you to experience the beauty of the upper section of the Dove River. You will journey through quaint quartzite gorges, surrounded by a blanket of button-grass, ancient King Billy Pines and if you are lucky, wandering wombats.
For those not interested in jumping off big waterfalls, but keen to experience nature from the unique point of view that canyoning allows, the Lost World Canyon tour is a great option.
The scenery is stunning too. We float past 1000 year old pencil pine trees, striking rock formations and learn about the history of the area. This trip is all about getting up close and personal with nature and is open for children as young as eight.
