This adventure starts at Camden airport. The joy rider will be briefed on the operation of the aircraft and how to manipulate the controls in flight. Once in the air we will go through the basic manoeuvres on how to control an aircraft. Once the joy rider has flown the aircraft in basic flight, we will then start the aerobatics. Within the hour we will do Loop the Loop, Rolls, inverted flight and Hammer Heads. Then if the joy rider is up to it, he or she will get the opportunity to try a Loop...
Astronaut Adventure Experience - Aerobatic Biplane
Ever wonder what the astronauts feel during a Shuttle launch or what they feel while in orbit? We recreate the launch profile in our world-class, unlimited aerobatic biplane called the Pitts S-2B.
You will be at the controls of this amazing machine as you simulate the launch sequence and inflict 5.0 Gs of Force onto yourself as you pull the aircraft to vertical. Upon reaching vertical you will begin your next maneuver of pushing to achieve 0 G (weightlessness) as you simulate “entering orbit.” We will fly up to 15 of these profiles during your 1 hour flight into simulated space.
